Cat Café Cheese Tasting

Last month (August 2024), we had the pleasure of teaming up with Neko Ngeru Cat Adoption Café for a one-of-a-kind NZ Artisan Cheese tasting event in Wellington. It was absolute fun and relaxation to bring together our passion for NZ artisan cheese with the café’s warm and inviting atmosphere, not to mention their adorable feline residents.

Our team curated four of the finest NZ gourmet cheeses, and guided participants through an informed tasting of the cheese. We enjoyed sharing behind the scene information about their origin and cheese makers. As guests sampled the delicious cheeses, they were able to relax and enjoy the cozy, cat-friendly environment of Neko Ngeru. It was wonderful to see people savoring each bite, discovering the world of NZ cheese, while surrounded by playful cats. We hope the interactive discussion allowed everyone to deepen their appreciation for cheese-making and enjoy relaxing with our feline friends.

The event was a fantastic example of how merging passions can create something truly special. Seeing our guests leave with smiles on their faces and a newfound love for cheese was the perfect ending to a memorable evening. Thanks at Neko Ngeru for having us, we will be back with great pleasure.
